Imperium is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through deployment. This role bridges business objectives and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Details/Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery)

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, QA, and business teams

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)

  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies

  • Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers

  • Ensure technical documentation and compliance standards are maintained

  • Oversee vendor or third-party integrations when applicable

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in technical environments
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly communication
  • Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement skills
